U.S. Marine released on bail in attempted rape case

NAHA, Japan - U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Michael Brown (R), who is on trial on charges of attempting to rape a woman in Okanawa Prefecture on Nov. 2, 2002, shakes hands with his lawyer as he leaves the Naha detention house on May 16.
