Chile: Commuters Walk Home In Santiago After Major Blackout

A crowd of commuters was seen walking home along La Alameda Avenue in central Santiago on Tuesday, February 25, after a major power outage hit Chile. The incident prompted a state of emergency and a nighttime curfew.
