BOJ chief Kuroda at Tokyo event

TOKYO, Japan, Oct. 21 Kyodo - Bank of Japan Governor Haruhiko Kuroda speaks in an event hosted by The Economist Group in Tokyo on Oct. 21, 2016. Kuroda said in the event that Japan's monetary base is expected to exceed 100 percent of the country's gross domestic product in the coming years, reiterating that the BOJ will continue to adopt an extremely expansionary monetary policy.
