Univ. hospital opens operating room with MRI system

KYOTO, Japan - The Kyoto University Hospital displays an operating theater equipped with a magnetic resonance imaging system in Kyoto, western Japan, on Oct. 26, 2019. The room, to be put into use on Nov. 30, is the first of its kind in Japan permitting MRI examination of a patient undergoing an operation.
