Actress Oyama, voice of iconic anime character Doraemon, dies at 90

Nobuyo Oyama (C), the voice of the robotic cat in the popular Japanese anime series Doraemon, and those providing voices of other characters in the anime meet the press on Oct. 8, 2004, at a studio in Tokyo after the day's recording as Doraemon marked the 25th anniversary of its start on television. Oyama died on Sept. 29, 2024, aged 90.
