China: 85-Year-Old Man Hanging Upside Down From 14th Floor Rescued in Shaoguan

On October 25 in 2022, a woman walking home found an 85-year-old man hanging upside down outside a 14th-floor window in Shaoguan, Guangdong. Police and residents quickly coordinated a rescue, using a bedsheet to secure the man before safely pulling him back inside.
