JR East, Mizuho to issue IC card with cash, credit, ticket functions

TOKYO, Japan - Mizuho Bank President Seiji Sugiyama (L) and East Japan Railway Co. The card to be issued in 2006 combines the functions of a cash card, credit card and train fare card.
