TOKYO, Japan - A March 2011 file photo shows the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station in southern California in the United States. Electric utility Southern California Edison announced on June 7, 2013, that two reactors at the plant taken offline in early 2012 due to faulty steam generators made by a Japanese manufacturer will be shut down for good.
