Honda said April 1 the Super Handling All-Wheel-Drive (SH-AWD) system combines front-rear torque distribution control with independently regulated torque distribution to the left and right rear wheels to freely distribute the optimum amount of torque to all four wheels in accordance with driving conditions.

Alliance between Kawasaki Heavy Industries and Optimum

Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. and Optimum Corporation announced today that they will form a business alliance to utilize the Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence (AI) in the fields of precision machinery and robots. The two companies will build a platform (foundation) for AI analysis of data collected from hydraulic equipment and robots, aiming at early development and commercialization of new solutions such as more efficient maintenance work.
