Ex-Internet venture chief arrested over false corporate data

OSAKA, Japan - Katsumi Sato, 32, former president of Internet venture i-cf Inc., is taken to the Osaka prefectural police headquarters in Osaka on Feb. 13 after he was arrested for allegedly releasing falsely inflated asset data prior to the acquisition of companies through share swap deals. The Internet venture, which has been renamed Orben Inc., is traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Mothers market for emerging companies. (Kyodo)
