TOKYO, Japan - Takuma Otoshi, president of International Business Machines Corp.'s Japanese unit, said Feb. 25 in Tokyo that IBM will revise its 2004 sales downward by $210 million as improper in-house accounting practice by some employees have been found at IBM Japan Ltd.
