Accumulating snow was seen across the Tri-State area on Saturday, December 13 The National Weather Service issued winter weather advisories for New York and New Jersey through Sunday afternoon, while winter storm warnings were in effect for much of New Jersey and southeast Pennsylvania. Across the region, snowfall totals ranged from a couple of inches to as much as six inches.
