US: Two Killed, 20 Injured in Explosion and Fire at Pennsylvania Nursing Home

On December 23, an explosion and fire, possibly caused by a gas leak, struck a nursing home in Bristol, Pennsylvania, killing two women — a resident and an employee — and injuring 20 others. Nineteen of the injured remain hospitalized, including one in critical condition.
