Percebeiros (barnacle pickers) work catching barnacles on December 23, 2024, in Baiona, Pontevedra, Galicia (Spain). A few days before December 24, the most expensive barnacle of the year is harvested. On Christmas Eve morning they have reached 300 euros per kilo in the market.
