TOKYO, Japan - North Korea has issued a pair of postage stamps commemorating the landmark summit talks between Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi and North Korean leader Kim Jong Il held Sept. 17 in Pyongyang, the Philatelic Museum in Tokyo said Oct. 29. According to the museum, the stamps, issued Oct. 25, are available to Japanese collectors as a set for 550 yen.
