Heavy Downpour Causes at Least 50 Incidents - Spain

The heavy rain prompted more than 50 calls handled by the Castilla y León 112 Emergency Center for 48 incidents in the capital (39), Villanubla (eight) and Santovenia de Pisuerga (one). The most important problems have occurred in the tunnels and lower areas of the city center, with several tunnels flooded by water as Andromeda, Panaderos and San Isidro, where a vehicle has been trapped.
