Taiwan: Typhoon Fung-wong Brings Heavy Rain and Gusty Winds Ahead of Landfall

The Central Weather Administration issued a land warning on Tuesday, November 11, as Typhoon Fung-wong approached southern Taiwan. Mass evacuations were carried out for residents in the eastern part of the country, with the storm expected to make landfall in Kaohsiung or Pingtung by Wednesday evening or night.
