Rainbow Dahlia captures Queen Elizabeth Cup

CHONAN, Japan - Rainbow Dahlia (C), ridden by Yoshitomi Shibata, gallops to victory in the Queen Elizabeth II Commemorative Cup at Kyoto Racecourse on Nov. 11, 2012. Rainbow Dahlia, the seventh favorite, won in 2 minutes, 16.3 seconds over 2,200 meters for her first G1 victory. Favorite Verxina (back) and fifth favorite Pixie Princess (R) finished second and third, respectively.
