US: Two Dead as Flash Floods Sweep Through Texas Hill Country 2

At least two people were dead in catastrophic flash flooding that tore through the Texas Hill Country, as torrential rain sent creeks and rivers rapidly rising. Governor Greg Abbott declared disasters in 59 counties and said more than 230 people were rescued.
