In 2006, a collection of ancient ethnic love songs was discovered in the home of Nong Fengmei, a local villager. The collection comprises of 81 hieroglyphic symbols that were recorded on a piece of hand-woven cloth. Each symbol represents a love song or a type of love song. The whole collection records the love stories of a couple from meeting each other for the first time to getting old together. The love songs contain a very rich content of Zhuang cu
