MOSCOW, Russia - Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi expressed hope on Jan. 9 of discussing North Korea with Russian President Vladimir Putin's aide, Konstantin Pulikovskii, who is known to be close to Pyongyang. Koizumi made the remark to reporters on a government jet while heading for Moscow for an official visit. Pulikovskii is Putin's representative for federal affairs in the Russian Far East.
