Chinese National Defense Minister Cao to visit Japan

TOKYO, Japan - Japanese Defense Agency Vice Minister Takemasa Moriya (R) welcomes Zhang Qinsheng, Chinese People's Liberation Army Assistant to the Chief of General Staff, for talks at the Defense Agency in Tokyo on Nov. 29. They agreed to realize a visit to Japan by Chinese National Defense Minister Cao Gangchuan sometime in 2007, which will end a stalemate of more than three years of top-level defense exchanges between the two countries.
