Police suspect the possibility of arson as a man and a woman who first found the fire said smoke had been coming from the lower half of a jacket on sale in the clothing section on the second floor of the outlet.

OSAKA, Japan - A giant Ferris wheel 77 meters high debuts on March 17 along the Dotombori Canal in Osaka's Minami district. Discount store chain Don Quijote Co. unveiled the Ferris wheel to coincide with the opening of its Dotombori branch. The wheel has 32 four-seat gondolas and takes about 15 minutes to go around.
