Two days before the start of the festivities, the City of Nice is organising the "Grand Charivari de Richelmi" to celebrate the release of the King and Queen of Carnival floats from the Maison de Carnaval on February 15, 2024 in Nice south of France. The annual carnival in Nice, scheduled from February 17 to March 3, 2024, is the most famous carnival in France and one of the most popular events on the French Riviera.
