Mazda releases last RX-7 sports car

TOKYO, Japan - Mazda Motor Corp. announced March 25 its final model of the RX-7 rotary engine sports car, whose limited-production will end in August. The ''Spirit R'' is the last of the RX-7 which debuted in 1978 as the world's first mass-produced sports car with a compact and high-output rotary engine.
