PHNOM PENH, Cambodia - Rochom P'ngieng, 27, who disappeared while herding cattle more than 17 years ago, was discovered by villagers on Jan. 13in the jungle of O'yadao district in Ratanakiri Province. Rochom P'ngieng disappeared in late 1989 at age 8 while she was herding two buffalos with her then 6-year-old niece.
