TOKYO, Japan - Seiichi Eto, a former senior vice health, labor and welfare minister, responds to questions from reporters at the ruling Liberal Democratic Party headquarters in Tokyo on March 9 after being readmitted to the party. Eto, a former House of Representatives member, lost his seat in the 2005 general election after being ousted from the party for opposing postal privatization bills.
