Ex-partners of united Korea table tennis team may meet again

TOKYO, Japan - Ri Bun Hui (L) of North Korea and Hyung Jung Hwa of South Korea beat a French pair as a united Korea team to win the women's doubles event in the World Table Tennis Championships held in Chiba, Japan, in April 1991. The two players may meet again for the first time since 1993 at the Asian Paralympics in Incheon, South Korea, in October 2014 as Pyongyang has applied for participation in the event under the name of Ri, now secretary general of North Korea's association of physically disabled athletes.
