The National Weather Service issued a flood warning for Willits on Sunday morning, December 21, amid rising water levels. They were allegedly found in the possession of Robin Jenkins, a 41-year-old Dutch man who arrived at the airport from Johannesburg, South Africa, via Singapore on Nov. 27. The haul has a street value of 74.4 million yen.
