The Bravo Fire broke out at Camp Navajo, west of Flagstaff, on Wednesday night, June 5, burning 1,400 acres as of Friday. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

AKITA, Japan - International World Games Association (IWGA) President Ron Froehlich declares the sixth World Games over Aug. 26 as the IWGA flag was transferred to the German city of Duisburg, the host of the 2005 games, from Akita. A few hundred of the remaining 3,200 athletes participate the closing ceremony.
