Brazil: Floods and Landslides Devastate Minas Gerais 6

Heavy rain has hit Juiz de Fora in southeastern Brazil, causing floods, building collapses, and river overflows. In the state of Minas Gerais, where Juiz de Fora is located, heavy rain has persisted since Monday, February 23, triggering floods and landslides. So far, at least 40 people have died, 27 are missing, and about 3,600 have been forced to evacuate. This video shows a flooded parking garage in the São Mateus neighborhood of Juiz de Fora.
