The event consisted of four categories: a 42-km race, a 21-km race, a 10-km race and a 5-km fun walk. The entry fees for the 42-km, 21-km and 10-km categories will be used in athlete development, while the entry fees for the 5-km fun walk will be donated to the Cancer Association of Namibia.
