Visitors flock to Murakami Suigun Museum

MATSUYAMA, Japan - Visitors look at exhibited items at the Murakami Suigun Museum in Imabari, Ehime Prefecture, on May 5, 2014. Some 7,500 people visited the museum during this year's Golden Week holidays from April 26 to May 6, 2014, an all-time high, according to the museum. The high figure was possibly due to the popularity of the 2014 bookstore grand prix-winning novel "Murakami kaizoku no musume" (Daughter of Murakami Pirates) by Ryo Wada.
