NIIGATA, Japan - Shoichi Osawa (3rd from L) and his supporters meet Ryuji Kaji, head of the Niigata prefectural police, Sept. 24 to seek help in locating his younger brother Takashi, who has been missing since 1974. Shoichi suspects Takashi may have been abducted and taken to North Korea. Japanese government spokesman Yasuo Fukuda said in Tokyo earlier in the day more names could be added to the list of abductees and urged Pyongyang to investigate.
