TAMAGUSUKU, Japan - Eighteen-year-old Ai Miyazato waves to the gallery during the season-opening Daikin Orchid Ladies golf tournament at the Ryuku Golf Club in Okinawa Prefecture on March 6. She carded six birdies in a bogey-free round to leapfrog 12 golfers and took sole possession of the lead at 8-under-par 136 after two rounds of the tournament.
