Israel's Ageze Guadie won the men's race by 2:37:17, while Ukraine's Valentyna Kiliarska triumphed in the women's category in 2:45:54. The two winners received a prize of 3,750 U.S. dollars each. The first to finish in the men's half marathon race was Gelashe Abera Gadisa from Ethiopia, with a result of 1:08:35, while Israel's Selamawit Teferi won the women's half marathon with a result of 1:19:29.
