NTT DoCoMo to launch 1st mobile phone with 3D color LCD

TOKYO, Japan - NTT DoCoMo Inc. said Nov. 13 it will put on the market Nov. 16 what it claims to be the world's first mobile phone equipped with a color liquid crystal display (LCD) capable of showing three dimensional (3D) images.
