TOKYO, Japan - Saburo Shochi, a 106-year-old academic who has been recognized by Guinness World Records as the oldest person to have traveled around the world using public transportation, receives a special "Best Dresser" award at a ceremony for the 41st Best Dresser Award held in Tokyo on Nov. 28, 2012.
