FUKUSHIMA, Japan - Hiroaki Saiuchi (R), an 18-year-old high school student in Date, Fukushima Prefecture, in northeastern Japan, delivers presents in Santa Clause costume to evacuees from the crisis at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant at temporary housing in Date on Dec. 2, 2011.
