According to the Report on Population Change and the Development Strategy of Preschool Education (2024), from 2021 to 2023, preschool education will usher in an inflection point in the balance of total supply and demand. Located in the western part of present-day Tarumi Ward, it was famous from ancient times as a scenic point with white sand and pine trees.
