Tunnel collapse lawsuit

YOKOHAMA, Japan - A group of bereaved parents of five of the nine killed in the December 2012 ceiling collapse in the Sasago Tunnel head for the Yokohama District Court in Yokohama on May 15, 2013. They filed a lawsuit seeking some 890 million yen in compensation from Central Nippon Expressway Co., the operator of the expressway tunnel in Yamanashi Prefecture.
