Kim toasts Clinton at banquet

South Korean President Kim Dae Jung (R) proposes a toast at a banquet on Saturday, Nov. 21 for visiting U.S. President Bill Clinton at the Blue House presidential office in Seoul. The two leaders agreed in talks earlier in the day to call on North Korea to open up for inspection a site suspected of being an underground nuclear facility.
