OSAKA, Japan - Ichiro Ueno, a former vice chairman of Tokyo-based Zenkoku Seishin Shogaisha Shakai Fukki Shisetsu Kyokai (the national association for assisting the rehabilitation of mentally disabled people), is driven to the Osaka District Prosecutors Office on Oct. 20, 2009.
