Taiwan: Typhoon Krathon Brings Gusty Winds And Heavy Rainfall Ahead Of Landfall

Typhoon Krathon was expected to make landfall in Kaohsiung at midday on October 3. Before its formal arrival, it had already brought gusty winds and heavy rainfall, causing damage that included downed trees and flooding in various cities.
