Osaka shopping arcade gearing up for foreign tourists

Rakutenchi Entertainment Complex / Amusement Park, Sennichimae (Sennichimaye), Osaka, Japan - popular shopping street/district. During the Taisho era (1912-1926), Rakutenchi was one of Osaka's most fashionable and well-known entertainment destinations.
