Former official reveals Tokyo's fight against global warming

TOKYO, Japan - Teruyuki Ohno speaks about his career in the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and his recently published book titled "Jichitai no Energy Senryaku" (A local government's energy strategy), during an interview on July 27, 2013 in Tokyo. Ohno, who was director general of the Tokyo government's Environment Bureau until mid-July in 2013, spent a half of his 34 years at the government working on environmental policies.
