China: Hen Perches on Car Hood in Bizarre Roadside Moment

On December 19, 2025, in Guangxi, southern China, a video captured a bizarre roadside moment when a hen suddenly landed on the hood of a moving car. The bird remained perched on the hood, peering through the windshield and appearing reluctant to fly away, as if unfamiliar with vehicles. The unexpected scene amused Chinese netizens, with some joking that the driver should take the “heaven-sent chicken” home.

UK: Thousands Protest Migrant Housing Plans in Waterlooville
