Filipino man arrested for suspected murder in 2004

TOKYO, Japan, Sept. 2 Kyodo - File photo taken in January 2004 shows police investigating around where the body of a murdered 21-year-old woman was found in a river in Miho, Ibaraki Prefecture, northeast of Tokyo. Police arrested a Filipino man on Sept 2, 2017, on suspicion of killing the woman.
