S. Korean man in Australia to join father in North

TOKYO, Japan - File photo, taken in September, 2000, in Seoul, shows Australian resident David Cho, who will fly to Pyongyang on April 14 to join his father, whom he met last August during a reunion of family members separated since the 1950-53 Korea War. Cho, whose Korean name is Cho Kyung Je, moved to Sydney from South Korea in 1994 and now has permanent residency in Australia.
