The DS-SAR satellite blasted off from the first launch-pad of Satish Dhawan Space Center (SDSC)-SHAR located at Sriharikota in India's southern state of Andhra Pradesh, said the space agency. It added the DS-SAR satellite was developed under a partnership between India, Singapore and ST Engineering, a multinational aerospace company.
